My BIG Project

Post by foxknight on Wed Jul 13, 2011 8:04 am

Hey guys i am starting a project that will take me a while to complete and i need 2 things from some people
1. a spot that would be away from a town and relativly a easy to clear area that could hold a 250x250 block building.
2. also i could use some volenteers to help the process go bye faster, i will supply your tools to build, i also will pay you some well deserved items and also what you get to keep any item gained in the process.
If anyone wishes to help me with this project say it on this thread along with any questions.
The project i am doing is to recreate a part of the book called "The Hunger Games", if you have read this book then you probably know what im doing in the book for this project, and if you havn't read it then i recommend you do; you will find out when im done what it is for.
P.S. if im not aloud to do this project plz tell me admins and mods.

Why did you cross out "a 250x250 space"???

And what's the book called?, is it possible to read it on the internet?.

Read the post mazer. And you can do anything online in today's society. I don't know why you would even ask that.

Well, where is this place you've found? I unfortunately won't be able to help for the next 8-9 days due to my family DLing a lot of movies and using up all the internet, cuasing me to have a 20 second delay when I do things on the server...
However, if you still need help after those 8-9 days, and I'm not too busy, I'll see what I can do. Something that I can do now is give you Cobble, as I have a lot. Let me know if you want it.

I doubt we could do the book justice, but I'm certainly interested.

Just do what I'm doing for the cobble. Cobble generator, being pushed up by redstone. It's only 12 high, but it's a lot better then collecting that much cobble. Redstone is everywhere too, people don't mine it, because it's "useless"

You could make a piston and lava generating wall.
Water and lava create cobblestone, piston pushes it along, this continues while pistons push the pushed cobble up.
